I recently had the opportunity to use your bank's app, and I'd like to share my thoughts and suggestions. First of all, I must say that the app's functionality and user experience are impressive. However, I would like to recommend two essential improvements that would enhance the app's reach and accessibility.

1. iPad Support: As an iPad user, I was disappointed to find that your app is not optimized for this device. Including support for iPad would be a significant advantage, as many customers, like me, prefer managing their finances on larger screens for better visibility and ease of use.

2. English Language: While I understand that the app may cater to local users primarily, offering an English language option would greatly benefit international customers and those who prefer using English for banking purposes. This simple addition can attract a more diverse user base.

Incorporating these changes would undoubtedly make your app more inclusive and user-friendly, ultimately leading to greater customer satisfaction and loyalty. Thank you for considering these suggestions, and I look forward to seeing these enhancements in future updates.

We are not planning to connect Apple Pay technology yet. We are developing our own Kaspi Pay and Kaspi QR services. Thanks to this, all customers receive the same convenient service without being tied to the phone manufacturer or the presence of an NFC module 👍😉 (Your #KaspiGuide Valeriya)

Unacceptable behavior of debt collectors

I feel it is absolutely necessary to share my experience with this bank's debt collectors, as their behavior goes beyond the norm. The bank's debt collectors, who are responsible for debt recovery, act in an extremely inappropriate manner. They communicate rudely and offensively, disregarding clients and violating professional communication standards. Furthermore, debt collectors have access to all the debtor's information, including their name, phone number, address, and all contacts available to the app. It is unclear how they manage to obtain such data, but it creates a sense of invasion of privacy and personal life. Moreover, debt collectors call the debtor's relatives and threaten to withdraw funds from their accounts to repay the debt, which causes even greater indignation. Such behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, and I believe the bank should be held accountable for such employees and provide training or replacement of such staff. I strongly recommend that the bank take measures to ensure proper and polite communication of debt collectors with clients and guarantee the confidentiality of personal data.

Good afternoon! We are sorry that you find yourself in such a situation. First of all, we call the client to a confirmed phone number. If the call is not answered, then Kaspi.kz uses other contacts. After allowing a delay of 90 days or more, the case is transferred to the collection company. If you are faced with rudeness from the employees of the collection agency, we ask you to contact us in personal messages on social networks. Our official pages are marked with a blue check mark. Kaspi Travel - no support of clients at all

I had few weeks of being in touch with Kaspi Travel with no customer support service at all. Bought a ticket for Turkish Airlines flight at Kaspi Travel, used my TA miles for upgrade and Kaspi Travel for some reason made a technical error (interaction with my ticket) and I lost both my upgrade and miles which I bought specially for this upgrade. I received an official answer from TA that this is a failure of Kaspi Travel. I forwarded it to Kaspi Travel and asked to reimburse my losses (penalty for ticket return and cost of miles) and no response from them, although 10 days already passed. Seems that my case detected a bug in Kaspi Travel system. But NOBODY from Kaspi Travel apologized. Although Kaspi Travel guys confirmed that they made some interactions with my ticket without my instruction, nobody contacted me to recover my lost time, nervous and cost. I think you can use Kaspi Travel only in case if there will be no changes in your tickets, otherwise it is better to buy tickets directly from the airlines.
