All services perfect on the app, but sometimes the app hanging up I can’t complete my order until I delete the ap and then download again

I ordered from them for EID el adha, I know that the workload can be hectic but they have to organize them selves for such an event, I should have received my order between 3-6 pm I called around 5:30 to have an idea about my delivery
And the guy had no idea, I called again and I proposed a solution that I go and pick it up my self and I explained that I have duty and I won’t be able to receive it later, the guy apologized and told me that they will reach out to you as soon as possible and hopefully before 9 pm you will receive it and it’s 9:30 now I’m writing this review and I didn’t receive any call I called and no one answered,
I’m very upset as well as my family and this will be the first and the last time I order via this app

الأداء سيئ جدا. وصلتني الرسالة 09:53 الصبح: تم ذبح أضحيتكم. حاولت التواصل معكم بعد تأخر التوصيل ‏7:00 مساءً. و تلقيت مكالمة ‏11:45 مساء ان ذبيحة وصلت البيت. في هذا الوقت اهل البيت نايمين و تسكرت الملحمات فما نقدر ان نقطع اللحم او نوزعه. هذه آخر مره استعمل هذا التطبيق و السبب و سوء معاملة العميل و عدم تنفيذ الطلب في أحسن صورة.
