I did not have much help from the police honestly, I was going to the police center for 2 days to find out how to start an investigation on this matter and then later on they told me to go the site and call a police patrol to check cameras, the police checked one building cameras and I was not able to pin point and tell them where to look exactly because I know the exact spot where it was because they could not let me in to see the camera and tell them where to look and what time to look at. And then later on there was a Tram Camera which had seen the whole incident of that person picking up the phone but no one was helping me to access that camera and identify that individual to get my phone back. So now my phone is showing it is in Afghanistan because whoever took it had the time to take it outside the country and honestly I have had a bad experience with the police here in Dubai. Thank you

There are several abusive drivers we have seen on the road, but the app doesn’t allow uploading of photos, it has to be taken directly from the app.
The problem is there are times which people doesn’t have data to access the app or the app doesn’t load immediately, it is still so much quicker to access your own phone camera.

For instance, there was one driver who almost caused an accident by quickly changing lanes without prior signal in SZR. I would like to give him a lesson and report him, but when I accessed the app, it took longer to load and I still have to type the car plate before taking a photo. In the end I was not able to report it due to the lengthy process. I hope photo and video uploading will be enabled in the app.
