Bills are a bit confusing
Total bill includes Water, Electricity & Muncioality. However Municipality taxes is payable by Landlords and we pay them advance while executing Tawtheeq contract. But in the end tenant end up paying since it’s comes with electricity bill. Contrary Municipality should take it from land lords during executing of Tawtheeq since we already paid it to land lords pr the property management company. We have no issue paying water and electricity as per contract terms mentioned in Tawtheeq.

ADDC has gone from strength to strength in terms of service and wish them all the best.
I was applying for a new connection and the lady speaking to me asked if there are any critical medical equipment connected in my house so they could avoid disconnecting due to non-payment if ever and in case of maintenance, they could provide alternative solutions.
This is humane and so caring that I was so moved. This is a benchmark.
