Me mire nga c'e prisja 💯

Me vjen shume mire qe e keni marre iniciativen dhe shume mire po shkon deri tani me kete app. Aplikacioni ka nevoje per permiresime normalisht por me kalimin e kohes do jete edhe me mire besoj. Nje kerkese do kisha; pse nuk vendosni dhe anglisht ne program? Bashkeshortja ime ka deshire te porosise gjithmone ne baboon por nuk eshte shqiptare dhe gjithnje kerkon ndihmen time per perkthim sepse nuk ka anglisht ne aplikacion. Do ishte shume me afer perfeksionit. Vazhdoni te beni pune te mire sic keni bere deri tani 💯

Good app, service not so much!

The app has a nice interface and is very user friendly. One of my suggestions would be that there should be a certain timing where you can still make changes to your order, not necessarily call the support if you tapped something wrong or you want to add something. One thing that simply doesn’t make sense to me is why do I have to put so much info on my address when no delivery guy ever reads it? They just identify the area, but always ask questions and directions which I already answered and are there on the app. 80% of delivery workers are not polite and you literally have to beg them to get upstairs. Their excuse is always the bike is not safe… Also, I would be glad to pay more on delivery if you would train your employees to be more polite and to learn the app interface (is that’s the reason for them not understanding the address details I put on app). Support used to be trash but has gotten better with time. I’m also glad you decided to give something back to your customers via Baboon Club. Overall I can say I’m happy with the app, but delivery service isn’t easy as it should be.

Extremely Disappointed

Rating: 0 I've given this app multiple chances, but I can't help but express my profound disappointment. The support is non-existent; they fail to resolve any of the issues I've encountered. The real kicker is the inconsistent restaurant experience. Some of them are outright terrible. Orders arrive cold, and the delivery person refuses to come to the door, forcing me to go outside each time. After repeatedly giving this app opportunities, I'm consistently disappointed. If you value hot, fresh food and a smooth ordering experience, I strongly advise against using this app. Save yourself the frustration.
