After what seemed like the longest time, the app had finally settled down and was working perfectly. Since the last iOS update, it is longer working. Our pharmaceutical claims are mounting and I feel for those who need to be reimbursed in order to feed themselves. Whoever is responsible for fixing this issue needs to get moving or at the very least, communicate to the public precisely what is going on. Not good enough I’m afraid.

And what’s with every possible nickname being taken? Is that designed to frustrate you to the point where you don’t bother posting a review? Well it almost worked 🤦‍♀️

Just like everything else that revolves around the work cover system we have another failure. Everything is done by email now so why is there no where to upload documents such as pdf. There’s only a way to take photos of documents meaning if I have a pdf file I’d have to print the file just to take a photo of it and upload it in the app.

I’m not suprised as everything that revolves around the Australian government seems to be a disaster.

I am with Allianz and after filling out claim manager name and email address, when I click on send information, I instantly get an “Email not currently available “ error message. Work Safe is hard enough to deal with but this app is a waste of time. Rebuild it with someone who knows how to build apps that work correctly. It took 2 months to fix the IOS 14 update issue. Surely you can’t be that busy???
