Characters fall from the top of the screen - you have to tap them and draw them correctly to score points. Just don't let them reach the bottom, or - kaboom! Let five of them drop and the game is finished! But the learning continues; you can review everything that you saw, complete with stroke order diagrams and testing at your own pace. Characters you made the most mistakes on are highlighted at the top of the list.

• trainchinese Chinese Writer can test you on 5,600 Simplified and Traditional Chinese characters, and features stroke-order diagrams, English explanations and high quality audio recordings for every possible pronunciation of each one.

Version 6.1.1

Chinese Writer now synchronises your learning data and streak with your trainchinese account, making it possible to study on multiple devices and in a classroom setting! We've also made it easier to switch between accounts on a shared device. Thanks to all those who've suggested features like these!

Syncing between devices

I would rate 5 stars but held back. Could you please add the restore purchase or a feature to sync between device?

The app is incredibly helpful for me to remember the characters when I’m not using Chinese regularly in everyday conversations. However, I cannot unlock the full packagage on my ipad although I bought it on my iphone. Same appstore, apple account, and in-app account.

Help

The thing is I know I got the character right but if my finger goes off a bit it says it’s wrong so I hope you could fix that but still an amazing app.

Needs new update to fix issues resulting from new iOS

Need syncing across devices and a way of suggesting the addition of characters that aren’t currently on the system. Currently it’s impossible to practice the characters, you can only play the game, which I personally rarely do. Please fix and I’ll give four stars, add syncing and I’ll add five!
