Any plans for copy paste functionality??
Very difficult to create a record & paste content from iPhone...

@Tango2310, we would like to get an understanding of the issue that you are facing with creating records. With regard to pasting content, if you are trying to copy text from the app and paste it, please go on to the settings option -> Privacy and security and verify if Text copy is enabled. Do send over an email to crm@zohomobile.com if you still face issues and also elaborating the issue with regard to creating a record. We will get right back to you.
Too many glitches
We built a custom booking/crm which works well on desktop. The app glitches too much with the bookings. When they’re updated they’ll end up in different slots all over the place. It’s only because I know when people are booked that it doesn’t end up costing the business any more money. If we hadn’t already spent a good deal of time and effort setting up the crm I would have cancelled my Zoho months ago. If it does persist we will have to find an alternative because it’s just not up to even the lowest standards in the market 👎

This version of Zoho CRM App crashes on startup
iPhone 12 with latest iOS. Crashes on startup every time. Gone through the list of what to do with a crashing app. Forced close, rebooted iPhone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing works. Simply will not work. Other Zoho apps work just fine.
