Probleme beim Beazahlvorgang
Liebes Entwicklerteam,
Ich habe seit einigen Jahren immer wieder ein Bug, der leider noch nicht behoben wurde:
Man kauft eine Membership und bezahlt diese mit in der App hinterlegten Kreditkarten Informationen. Alles scheint geklappt zu haben und bucht einen Kurs. Das nächste mal wenn man die App ein paar Tage später öffnet sieht man dass die Zahlung nicht durchgegangen ist. Dann gibt man die Kreditkarten informationen manuell ein und es funktioniert. Die gespeicherten Kreditkarteninformationen löscht man und speichert sie erneut (korrekt) ein. Das nächste mal geht das Spiel von Vorne los.
Das Problem könnte gelöst werden indem:
Beim Bezahlvorgang ein unmittelbares Feedback erscheinen würde, ob die Transaktion geklappt hat.
Die gespeicherten Kreditkarteninformationen korrekt gespeichert werden (möglicherweise ein Formatierungsfehler im Backend)
Apple Pay in der App integriert wird, somit müsste die App sich nicht mit den speichern von Kreditkarteninformation und den Verarbeitungen von Transaktionen herumschlagen.
Die App ist ansonsten gut und ich benutze sie gerne.
