When using USB, Cascable can import images from any camera that supports the industry-standard PTP protocol, and can fully remote control and automate Canon EOS and Nikon cameras. When using WiFi, Cascable supports WiFi or Ethernet equipped cameras from the following model ranges:

- Fujifilm X and Finepix,

WiFi ja, SD Dongle nein
Die Bilder via WiFi von der Olympus EM1.1 herunter zu laden funktioniert einwandfrei, auch wenn es ziemlich lange dauert. Was ich leider nicht getestet hatte bevor ich ein 1-Monatsabo abgeschlossen hatte war, die gleichen Bilder vom SD-Karten Dongle (direkt am iPad angeschlossen) herunter zu laden. Das ging nicht, Cascable hat das Kartenlesegerät nicht erkannt. Da ich keine Lust hatte, 200 RAW Bilder via WiFi zu laden habe ich schließlich doch den Import mit Apple’s Foto App gemacht und das Cascable Abo wieder gekündigt da es nicht tat, was ich eigentlich wollte. (Trotzdem 4 Sterne weil Wifi problemlos funktioniert und SD Dongle Kompatibilität nicht explizit beworben wird)
Gute App / Nikon
Ich steuere damit meine Nikon Z6ii.
Solange mein Handy nicht eigenständig das WLAN wechselt (das ist keine Schuld der App) klappt das alles ganz gut.
Kamera steuern, auslösen, Fotos rüberziehen per WLAN von der Kamera.
Kleine Einschränkung habe ich bei den U1-U3 Modus gefunden. Hier lässt sich aktuell nur die ISO anpassen, keine Blende oder Belichtungszeit. Aber vielleicht kommt dazu ja ein Update. Den Support habe ich bereits angeschrieben.
Sicherlich gut, aber zu teuer
Sicherlich steckt viel Programmieraufwand in dieser App. Wenn man aber nur eine Funktion nutzen möchte wie z.b. bulb oder Zeitraffer, dann ist das meiner Meinung deutlich zu viel.
Bei YouTube wurde es für 9,99 EUR beworben, und das hätte auch ein großteil der Interessenten bezahlt.
Ich habe für die Affinity Apps jeweils 10,99 EUR bezahlt, und diese sind vom Mehrwert deutlich aufwendiger gestaltet.
Deshalb muss ich leider zwei Sterne abziehen.
