Gute App aber…
An sich eine sehr gute App wir benutzten sie an unserer Schule auch weshalb ich sie auch heruntergeladen habe. Es funktioniert alles einwandfrei allerdings bekomme ich manche Nachrichten aus einer Gruppe in der ich definitiv bin nicht die werden mir an meinem Handy angezeigt dass eine Nachricht aus dieser Gruppe kam allerdings wenn ich diese dann öffne steht dort überhaupt nichts es wäre sehr schön wenn man diesen Fehler beheben könnte

Sehr zufrieden
Seit 2016 benutze ich in meinem Unternehmen Threema Work, nachdem ich zuvor "normaler " Threema Nutzer war. Über die Onlineverwaltung gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten, den Messenger an den eigenen Bedarf anzupassen. Bei Personalwechsel erhält ein neuer Mitarbeiter kurzerhand einen Zugang und kann bei allen Mitarbeitern automatisch in die Kontakte eingefügt werden, auch wenn er das für seine persönlichen Kontakte (keine Telefon-oder Maildaten angegeben) nicht möchte. Vorherige Mitarbeiter werden entfernt. Toll auch das Verwenden des Firmelogos. Da kann sich selbst ein kleines Unternehmen chic präsentieren. Einen einzigen Wunsch hätte ich noch, sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden: Videotelefonie wäre schön, damit man sich von allen anderen Messengern verabschieden kann.
Wer Threema Work kennt, gibt nicht nur einen Stern
Offenbar geben Leute hier ständig 1*-Bewertungen ab, die nicht mal den Sinn von Threema Work verstanden haben bzw. sie überhaupt nicht nutzen (können). Wir nutzen die App seit ca. 1,5 Jahren an unserer Schule und es läuft alles bestens. Der Support ist spitze und reagiert sehr schnell und dazu kompetent.
Ich würde also raten: Wer die App selbst nicht nutzt, der sollte sie einfach auch nicht bewerten. Und sonst: Fair bleiben und konstruktiv kritisieren.
