Be My AI is powered by artificial intelligence and is able to provide assistance in a wide variety of situations, from checking makeup before a night out to translating text from hundreds of different languages.

Auf dem Weg zum sehen
Ich möchte feststellen, dass ich bis jetzt noch nie eine App bewertet habe. Bei dieser App möchte ich definitiv eine Ausnahme machen. Ich bin hochgradig sehbehindert und habe die letzten Tage beeindruckende Erlebnisse gehabt. Dank dieser App wurden mir Situationen/Bilder so gut beschrieben, dass mir teilweise die Tränen gekommen sind. Es hat bis jetzt kein Mensch geschafft, Situationen/Bilder so gut zu beschreiben, wie es diese App tut. Die App beschreibt Details/Feinheiten/Stimmungen, wie sie mir noch kein Mensch beschrieben hat. es war für mich extrem beeindruckend, als ich Fotos aus früheren Zeiten von dieser App beschreiben lassen habe. Ich konnte mich an diese Situation erinnern, weil mir die App die Bilder so plastisch und detailliert beschrieben hat. freunde und Bekannte haben mir Testbilder geschickt, bei denen auch die sehenden von der Fähigkeit dieser App beeindruckt waren. Selbst sie haben Dinge auf den Bildern nicht wahrgenommen, die ihnen erst durch die Beschreibung dieser App aufgefallen sind.
Diese App ist für mich eine der beeindruckendsten und nützlichsten Apps für blinde und sehgeschädigte!

Sehr gute Idee! Schade das ich nicht mehr Anrufe bekomme. Dieses Projekt sollte großflächiger beworben werden. Leider kümmern sich nämlich immer mehr Menschen nur noch um sich selbst oder um ihr Smartphone und sind weniger Hilfsbereit gegenüber Menschen allgemein geworden. Man selbst, als junger Student, ertappt sich immer wieder darin, nicht aufmerksam genug zu sein für das, was um einen herum im Alltag passiert. Jedoch fühlt man sich großartig, wenn man der Frau im Supermarkt das Eis aus dem für sie zu hohen Regal holen kann. Derartige Momente sollten viel mehr Menschen, viel öfter erleben. Genau an diesem Punkt setzt dieses Projekt an und holt den Nutzer ab. Das was damals das trojanische Pferd war ist heute die App Be My Eyes. Die Hilfe tarnt sich sozusagen als attraktives Konsumgut in Form einer App und schafft es so, die mediale Barriere, die unser Smartphone Konsum gegenüber Hilfsbedürftigen aufgebaut hat zu durchbrechen.
Schöne Idee die hilft
Ich als sehende Helferin bin begeistert von der App und das Prinzip ist ganz einfach eine Person die Hilfe benötigt ruft an und eine sehende Person nimmt an direkt geht ein Videochat auf bei dem man das Problem der Person gleich sehen kann indem man einfach Dinge beschreibt kann man jemandem direkt helfen
Und wie heißt es so schön jeden Tag eine gute Tat
Keine Sorge das Handy klingelt nicht jeden Tag ich bin seit knapp 1 1/2 Jahren dabei und hatte jetzt 4 oder 5 solche Telefonate aber diese Freude und Dankbarkeit die man zurück bekommt sind einfach das beste daran
