Update App iOS
Leider kann ich mich in der App nicht mehr anmelden auf meinem iPhone 14 Pro Max mit der neusten iOS Version und der neusten Kleinanzeigen Version. Auch bekomme ich keine E-Mails mehr auf mein E-Mail-Konto.
Anders sieht es natürlich aus. Auf meinem Laptop kann ich mich anmelden ganz normal kaufen und verkaufen und in Kleinanzeigen meine E-Mails bearbeiten. Auch da bekomme ich keine E-Mails auf mein eigentliches E-Mail System was jahrelang funktionierte. Ich finde den Fehler nicht und man hilft mir hier nicht weiter.
Wenn ich jahrelang per eBay Kleinanzeigen meine E-Mails auf mein E-Mail Postfach bekomme warum soll ich jetzt da nachsehen, ob alles richtig eingeschaltet ist aber ja es ist alles richtig. Jetzt muss ich um meine Nachrichten in Kleinanzeigen zu kontrollieren immer Auf die Webseite gehen. In der App funktioniert es ja leider nicht mehr.
Übersichtlichkeit / Angebotsformat / Kontrast
An sich eine recht potente App. Mir würde viel an folgenden Verbesserungen liegen:
In der Ansicht eines Angebotes bitte die Informationen stärker nach Relevanz ordnen. Z.b. interessieren mich Angebotsdetails / Beschreibungstext eher als die Geo-Location-Karte des Standorts. Die kann gerne bei Bedarf als modales Fenster eingeblendet werden. Auf jeden Fall bitte den Beschreibungstext nach oben, unter den Titel.
Wichtiger Mangel ist die fehlende Kennzeichnung eines Angebots als "Gesuch", wenn es denn ein Gesuch ist. Das führt zu unnötigen Missverständnissen und Rückfragen. Auch in der Webseitenversion geht die Kennzeichnung unter, auch obwohl sie dort da ist.
In der App stören mich ansonsten die geringen Kontraste, dazu gehören auch die Buttons mit Beschriftung, zu schlecht lesbar vor allem auf dem iPhone draußen bei Sonne, im Gegensatz dazu eine zu schlechte Führung des Auges entlang bekannter Muster. Diese entstehen beim Benutzen der App nicht, vor allem auch wegen der inflationär eingesetzten (und meist nicht relevanten) Werbung.
Schlechte Erfahrung bei der gelöschten Anzeige
Meine zur Hervorhebung bezahlte Anzeige wurde sehr schnell ohne Vorwarnung über den Original-Status des Produkts gelöscht. Da schickte ich eine Mitteilung über dieses Problem bzw. über mein wahres angebotenes Produkt an Ebay Kleinanzeigen. Trotzdem bekomme ich weder Antwort noch Information von meiner gelöschten Anzeige. Warum löschten sie meine Anzeige so schnell, während sie mir nach meiner Mitteilung so langsam antworten? (Bis jetzt - mehr als 2 Stunden - bekomme ich gar keine Antwort!) Und sie behaupten, mein Artikel ist kein Original, sicherlich liegt dieses an meinen asiatischen Namen, denn ich glaube kaum, dass mir der Hermes-Store in Frankfurt am Main eine Fälschung verkauft hat. Ich benötige von Ebay Kleinanzeigen die beste Lösung für dieses Problem und auch dafür, was ich nach dieser Löschung erfahren musste!
