iVocabulary is your personal vocabulary coach. Collect, manage and study your vocabulary and specific terms for school, University, your job or your hobby.
This free version of iVocabulary 3 is limited to 2 documents with 30 words each. You can upgrade iVocabulary 3 from within the app to an unlimited version.
Now learn vocabulary on your new Apple Watch. The new iVocabulary Watch app offers slideshows, multiple choice tests and cards to study on the go.
With iCloud all your vocabulary will be synchronized across your devices such as iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Using iVocabulary for Mac you can even manage and learn your vocabulary directly on your Mac. Or enter new terms on your Mac or iPad and learn them using your iPhone while you’re out. iVocabulary for Mac is available on the Mac App Store as a separate purchase.
You have access to more than 4,000 vocabulary lessons which are available for download to your iPhone or iPad. These lessons were made by the users of ProVoc. Or you simply download lessons from the Cram (former FlashcardExchange) platform that offers more than 68,000,000 flash cards.
The slide show will make learning vocabulary a breeze. Test your knowledge afterwards using the various training modes: learning cards, multiple choice or written test. You are free to adapt these training modes to your own preferences.
iVocabulary is your personal vocabulary book that stores your terms in lessons and chapters.
For every single term, iVocabulary determines a grade mark and automatically calculates the next date to learn this term. This way iVocabulary will always present your vocabulary at the right time to ensure the highest level of learning success.

Tolle App
Ich bereue den Kauf keine Sekunde. Die App macht, was sie soll. Wie ich in verschiedenen Rezensionen gelesen habe, hatten einige Probleme mit der Synchronisierung. In der aktuellen Version kann ich das nicht bestätigen. Habe sofort nach dem Kauf mal 50 eigene Vokabeln angelegt, dann auch die iPhone App gekauft und sowohl über iCloud als auch Dropbox synchronisiert. Die Sync war in einer gefühlten Sekunde fertig. Danach habe ich zum Test mal eine Vokabeldatei mit 4500 Vokabeln geladen, auch da war die Sync in ca. 20s fertig, hängt natürlich von der eigenen Internetgeschwindigkeit ab. Eine weitere coole Funktion ist, dass man die eingetippten Vokabeln sogar auf ein anderes Smartphone übertragen kann, d.h. wenn z.B. mehrere Familienmitglieder die App haben, muss nur einer einmal die Vokabeln reintippen.

Bin sehr begeistert
Sehr flexible App, um Vokabeln zu lernen. Da findet bestimmt jeder eine Möglichkeit, die ihm zusagt. Für mich heißt es: keine staubigen Vokabelkarten mehr, die ich sowieso nicht finde, wenn ich sie brauche. Habe gerade die Möglichkeit der Gruppierung entdeckt. So kann ich kleine „Häppchen“ von ca. 30 Vokabeln später zu einem Kapitel zusammenfassen, und die Kapitel auch wieder. Ich find’s sehr luxuriös und bin sehr begeistert! Auch das Speichern der Dateien in der iCloud hat auf Anhieb geklappt!

Super App
besonders die Anbindung zum Mac ist super praktisch. Ich nutze beide Apps, iPhone und Mac. Die Synchronisation klappt recht gut über die iCloud, manchmal hackt es aber. Die Möglichkeiten die Abfrage der Vokabeln anzupassen ist super. Grafisch ist die App eher nüchtern aber zweckmässig aufs wesentliche beschränkt.
Einzig was fehlt ist eine Abfrage oder Sperre die das unbeabsichtigte löschen von Büchern und Vokabeln verhindert. Ich kann die beiden Apps iPhone und Mac empfehlen.
