It will be charged from your iTunes account after the purchase. The subscription will be auto-renewed 24 hours before the subscription period ends with the same kind of subscription you already bought at the same price. To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before it expires. You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription by entering the user settings in iTunes after the purchase. It's not possible to abort the subscription during the time it's active. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase the premium subscription.

Das einzige was mich aus dem Bett bekommt

Ich leide an starken Depressionen (arbeitsunfähig gewesen) und kam schwer bis teilweise gar nicht aus dem Bett. Mittlerweile geht es mir besser, aber ich habe in dieser Zeit gelernt auf dem normalen Wecker auf schlummern zu drücken ohne wirklich wach zu sein (also völlig unterbewusst). Sleepy Cycle hat mir selbst in der Zeit geholfen, aber jetzt grade bin ich nach langer Zeit wieder auf die App zurück gekommen. Ich wurde wirklich wach (durch die Analyse meiner Schlafphasen) und wenn ich den slummer Modus deaktivieren will muss ich mein Handy entsperren. In meinem Fall Face-ID: beide Augen müssen offen sein oder eben code eingeben was ich selten tuen muss. Auch generell finde ich interessant meine Schlafphasen zu analysieren. Die app ist übersichtlich und bietet noch viel mehr. Hatte mal das premium-abo eine zeit lang und es lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach auch, aber es ist absolut nicht notwendig für die eigentliche Funktion.

Merkwürdig

Ich benutze die App seit Jahren und war eigentlich immer ganz zufrieden. Irgendwann wurde umgestellt von Bewegung auf Ton. Und dann kam die Differenzierung zwischen Zeit im Bett und Schlafzeit. Angeblich, weil die Zeit, während der man im Bett z. B. Fernsehen schaut, nicht als Schlafzeit gilt.
Ich gehe aber schlafen und schaue weder fern noch lese ich oder irgendetwas anderes. Ich schlafe also wirklich z. B. sieben Stunden, die App sagt aber, ich hätte nicht mal 5 Stunden geschlafen. Vielleicht bin ich in der Nacht mal zwischendurch fünf Minuten auf dem WC, aber mehr nicht. Also was soll ich die anderen zwei Stunden laut der App gemacht haben? Nach der App würde ich immer zu wenig Schlaf bekommen und das kann ja nicht sein. Denn die Kurve, die bis nach oben geht, die ist ja normal und ich bin nicht stundenlang zwischendurch wach, das würde ich ja wohl wissen, denke ich.
