1. Restart Bluetooth for 10-20 seconds from iPhone control center
2. Restart both of your devices
3. Turn on 'Background App Refresh' from Settings→ Galaxy Fit App
Also make sure you are using latest Gear firmware if you are not already.

Galaxy Store won’t work

I have had my fully functional Fit2 Pro band for years now and it still works great but the Apple version of this app is slow and the Galaxy App Store doesn’t work. This means you cannot download Spotify (which got deleted when I transferred over to this iPhone). The store is also missing apps that I had before I had to disconnect from my previous phone. The store asks you to sign in, which I’ll do and then load for 3 minutes to say it has failed. I have tried many troubleshooting options but am greatly disappointed that I cannot use my Fit band to the fullest and that the app is almost useless. I am not inclined to buy anymore Samsung products in the future if this is how their apps function on products other than Samsung. Please fix this application so people don’t have to constantly buy new things to replace working products just because software doesn’t compute.
