Première fois que j’ai fait une commande de tirages photos j’ai hésité un moment avant de le faire mais j’avais un code promo chez Bouygues que j’ai gagné tu m’as fait baisser le prix malgré que leur prix sont abordables et ça m’a plus donné l’envie de me lancer mais j’ai reçu les photos en quelques jours avant la date prévue très satisfaite les photos sont magnifiques en plus il y a une photo en plus où y’a toutes les photos réunis en forme de cœur c’est magnifique C’est de qualité j’avais acheté sur Facebook Des photos pour mettre sur le frigo c’était une femme qui le fessait je crois avec son ordinateur je ne sais pas comment elle a fait mais juste en touchant la photo sa s’effacer tendit que la non c’est de qualité bon rien à voir en même temps c’est une application j’ai hésité avec plusieurs applications mais je recommande celles ci car je suis très satisfaite et je compte recommander dessus je vais même commandé des Photo à mettre sur le frigo mais je pense qu’elle seront de qualité comme les photos rétro que j’ai commandé merci 🥰
Commande calendrier avec photos personnalisées
Depuis 2 jours nous tentons de valider en ligne un calendrier avec des photos personnalisées, en vain, but sur le site, qui mouline alors que le débit de notre connexion est parfait.
Une fois que nous arrivons à finaliser le calendrier, nous voulons payer avec une carte cadeau et là encore, problème.
En effet, alors qu’il est bien spécifié que la carte cadeau peut être utilisée en plusieurs fois, il nous reste un crédit de 15€ après un achat de photos que nous ne pouvons pas l’utiliser = « nombre d’utilisations atteint », alors que nous pouvons effectuer 5 paiements avec ce code.
Pour ne pas perdre notre travail de 3 jours, nous avons dû payer avec notre cb. Quid des 15€ qui nous restent à utiliser?
Espérons au moins que le calendrier soit de bonne qualité.

Des produits de qualité et un service client exceptionnel
J’ai passé deux commandes pour les fêtes, une pour un tirage de 50 photos et l’autre pour des magnets. En ces périodes de fêtes, la préparation et l’envoi de la commande ont été très rapide. Malgré un soucis de livraison pour la commande des magnets le service client à été très réactif, commercial et a rattrapé du mieux possible ce qui n’allait pas. Je suis agréablement surprise par la qualité des tirages photos, à cause de la mauvaise qualité sur le téléphone j’avais peur que certaines soient floues, elles sont encore plus belles que sur le téléphone. Très franchement je recommande complètement !!! Les prix sont abordables et la qualité est superbe. Vous êtes au top et j’espère que vous le resterez autant !
