Interopérabilité ?
Bonjour,
Je voudrais vérifier si j’ai bien compris l’usage de ces deux applications.
Teamviewer permet bien à mon iPad de prendre le contrôle (souris et clavier) de l’ordinateur (sous windows).
La version quick support ne permet pas à l’ordinateur d’interagir avec l’iPad. Il peut voir ce que son propriétaire lui montre, uniquement.
Est-ce normal que l’action vers l’iPad soit plus limitée ?

Remplit parfaitement sa fonction. Permet de voir sans difficultés l’écran d’un iPhone ou iPad comme TeamViewer sur les ordinateurs.
Par rapport à tous les commentaires s’insurgeant que cette App requiert iOS 11, il faut savoir qu’elle base le partage d’écran sur une fonctionnalité sortie avec iOS 11 seulement. Donc il va falloir changer de modèle et arrêter d’utiliser un 4S 😉
Idéal pour mon usage
Je vois enfin les manipulations de ma mère avec son iPhone et je peux la guider. C’est elle qui fait les manipulations et donc elle a moins besoin de moi pour ça.
