Found this Bible app to about the best I have found so far. The audio Bible reading feature for NIVUK is particularly good as it is read in an English accent but also the narrator is excellent and reads in an engaging way with very good emphasis which which I find engaging. Children like it. Other features of note are that the NIVUK Bibles are able to be download for offline reading. No need for a data connection. The study plans feature I have found an encouraging resource. The verse of the day feature I’ve found to be very helpful too. Only frustration I’ve had has been that the verse of the day was always displayed in King James Version even though my main reading settings were set to NIVUK. I finally found there was a setting buried under: More, Settings, Notification Settings, Push Notifications, Verse of the day, Get daily push notification, tap button that says NKJV and choose your Bible from list. Took me ages to find. I see you can now get to this from the verse of the day screen too: tap ..., Notification Settings. I think this has been added recently in an update which is good. There have also been articles online I’ve read that question the amount of personal data the app collects and transmits behind the scenes. But it seems the developers have been quite forthcoming about this and have addressed some of these concerns which is encouraging.

2) This is an essential app for all Christians. To God be the glory! August 2023 I can take my Bible with me everywhere and read it anywhere, anytime. Being able to look up, compare, highlight etc., is wonderful. It has everything for study and finding scriptures easily. Absolutely wonderful and obviously the must have app. Additionally, it provides comfort in times of fear and worry. It helps me to overcome fear with faith - finding true comfort when I’m feeling uneasy. When we can’t find our way in the darkness, emotionally, mentally or spiritually, we can still find peace, hope, emotional and mental comfort in His words. There is still hope. Thanks be to God. I found the Bible app even more helpful during the pandemic. I’ve been able to read and ponder on scriptures far easier than I would, carrying a physical Bible around with me. Being able to look up and reference various scriptures when prompted, has given me strength through the difficult times. Amen. August 2023: Still the same - we’re hanging on in there and thanking God for His grace and mercies. He never fails. His promises are true and His grace is sufficient. He has promised to be with us and we must promise to remain faithful to Him - even in the bad times. Just keep holding on- change will come. Amen! Still the same in September 23. Thank God for His mercies and His faithfulness to me. His grace and mercies are new every morning.

Excellent, sets you up for the day, the plans are clarification on how to live a good life. I highly recommend to all you don’t have to be religious to read and understand the plans- you can choose the topics that are relevant to you; areas of your life that are troubling you or you want to develop. Take 10 minutes download the app pick a plan read the first devotion and see for yourself, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. But if it’s not your thing, try a different plan, there are loads to meet every aspect of our live such as help with marriage, relationships, trust, obedience, love, etc. Personally I find this app put things in Perspective and now I know where my priorities should lie. But the best part is that it doesn’t matter if you are rich, poor, educated or not, this is for everyone for all it really cost you is your time and love . Even without this app we all know that when we give love to others we receive love two fold. For example try walking down the road and smile at an oncoming person and see if they don’t smile back or acknowledge you in some other way that they feel comfortable, - that’s a small and first step in showing your love towards others. So please take 10 minutes from looking on your social media and try this app. If you feel it’s nots for you today, least you know of it when you are ready for it.
