hi-life 4+

I ve have been hoping this would come out. Hi life has been screaming out for an app. All works great although sluggish. One issue appears to be searching for places. It just doesn't work...Please fix this as the ability to search outside of within 2 miles is a major need with this app. Once some fixes have been made this will be ace. Good work and look forward to you fixing the bugs

The Hi-Life membership is so easy to use, and the app makes the process even simpler.
Restaurants and places to use your membership are found using a simple search tool, and can tell you local ones from where you currently are (particularly handy if you travel like me). To book using the app is super easy, as the phone details of the places to go are all on there, as are opening times and what deals they have such as 2 for 1 or whether it's limited to every night except Friday for example. Once finishing the meal, one click on the use your card button and the card is stored on the app - particularly useful if like me you lose cards / forget your purse! Then it just asks if you can review the restaurant. Because of this, you can see what other members think of the place before booking which I really like to do.

This app looks nicer than the old one but there the improvements end. The app has not been thought through at all. The UX is shocking. Searching for a restaurant you have to go back to the list to see the update, nothing to tell you that it's performed the search at all. When you have found a restaurant going back to the search results is not obvious. Clicking on the key takes you to a page independent of the restaurant you were on so you have to go to the main list and find the restaurant you were on to get back to where you were. It is impossible to sign out as the menu won't scroll down and show the option for you touch it. And that's just the start of it. I work at a digital agency that makes apps and I would not have let it out the door in this state. They need a serious rethink on quality control.
