Unresponsive ....
It’s very unreliable ... must have location “always on” which drains my battery! (No other App demands this and is unnecessary for a home based device!) camera frequently doesn’t connect to my Wi-fi and I constantly have to reset my whole router to ensure it works.... I’ve only had it one year but find it very frustrating.. hope they can improve this soon 🙏🏻 lucky with Lockdown imposed I’m home based so didn’t need the security camera usage as much 😉
Do not buy this equipment or use this app
An utter waste of money. Alarm doesn’t go off when it’s meant to due to the poor quality of the pir sensors and the outdoor camera has the image sensor from a Nokia 3310 and only records when it feels like it.
Using this app is a complete waste of time. On the off chance that it does miraculously work it is slow, buggy and has also managed to completely crash my iPhone X. The hub takes more vacation days than your local GP and only decides to connect to WiFi 15 minutes after you’ve first tried to open the app.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CR*P. Your house would be safer if Macaulay Culkin lived next door
Great solution but needs fine tuning
A few things that should be created on an app level to be more competitive and complementary:
- allow schedules to work with sunrise/sunset of the location you are in, for example the ability to allow you to turn on plugs (lights) at sunset and off at a time selected by user
- ability to adjust sensitivity of the motion sensors
-ability to switch off the base station alarm if trigger
-ability to allow you to set an amount of time before the system calls you after an alarm activation
- would be great for it to work with Apple HomeKit but works well standalone at the moment
Would be great to get to talk to someone about future updates as the support I’ve tried to contact are not responsive
