Good idea, app works well
Useful when co-ordinating multiple workers on a shift rota. I work in the healthcare system and find the secure messaging ability useful - saves on using WhatsApp and gives us more control over messages. Will continue using. Had no problems with speed/loading etc.

Missing bits and bobs
The app is not as slow as it was but now I’ve deleted twice and still I’m not an admin and I can’t look for cover for my shifts.
I’m not entirely sure why it does that and it seems to be only my problem, that’s not good enough though!
Any suggestions are more than welcome!
Also there isn’t a way to divide the cards of shifts that have been assigned and shifts that are not relevant to me at all!
There should be a slot where the confirmed cards are quickly available without have to search them through a hundreds of cover requests!

We are working on a way to make Assigned Cover Cards easier to locate - watch this space! Your Manager should easily be able to upgrade your account to Team Admin. Time consuming and complicated
Have to use this for my work places and hate it. Complicated system , time consuming , slow loading especially when being used by several companies , cards for cover requests pile up and can’t just be deleted in one go even when already assigned . Currently constantly having around 300 cards open which half of are already assigned elsewhere or aren’t relevant. No option to opt out of certain days or times to avoid cards piling up. If I were to check the app every day to clear the cards I’d have to take an extra 30 min each day to just swipe cards away. So fed up with this app.

We have spoken with a number of your colleagues who tell us that since upgrading to this version they no longer have speed issues. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We are also working on a way of "auto-hiding" Cards that have already been assigned, which should speed things up for you. Perhaps now things have improved, you may reconsider your review for us, we'd be really grateful.
