SHAPE CHANGE POWERS
Unlock the power to change into several species and explore BrightRidge from a new perspective. Soar through the sky as a golden eagle or a winged dragon. Run through the forests and a wily fox or dashing deer. Barge through the land as a towering Tree Ent and flutter peacefully among the flowers as a delicate butterfly (a fan favourite!).
PHOTO MODE
Become a nature photographer and take and save beautiful pictures of this gorgeous and vast landscape. Will you photograph an elusive deer drinking by the river? Or perhaps capture a golden sunset amid ancient ruins? Need help hunting the animals down? Use your Spirit View to magically track animals, each with their own habitat and behavior.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR WORLD
Extensive options let you customize almost anything at anytime. Change time of day, turn on Watercolor mode and experience a living painting, add effects and filters and more. On newer devices you can turn up the detail for an even more beautiful and immersive experience.
LEGENDS AND LORE
Legend Spots dot the land waiting to be discovered. Each one tells a bit about the people, places and history of BrightRidge. Or visit the cozy halls of BrightRidge Inn, sit by the fireplace, dance with the guests, or listen to their stories.

On level 2 it should be spelt ‘heroes’ instead of ‘heros’.
Sorry but one star down because it’s so annoying when people have so obviously put so much effort into making something beautiful (which this is, undoubtedly) but can’t even be bothered with “A is for apple... B is for butterfly...”

Thanks for the feedback. Its just me working on this, and i admit i don't have the time to polish everything, because i have little time to create everything, from the dialogue to the creatures to the combat to the world etc... so things are not as polished as they would be from a company with some money and more than one person. But i just have this world in my head and i want to share it with people for a reasonable price. Thanks for taking the time to let me know about the error and for playing my game.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Absolutely amazing
After accidentally deleting my previous review I felt the need to write another in order to let people know just how amazing this game is.
Nimian Legends is one if the most atmospheric games I have ever played. The open world graphics which are the best I have seen on an iPhone show off some superb lighting, shading and texture techniques. The well suited music and clear sound effects are equally atmospheric, creating just the right mood for the gripping storyline.
I have completed the whole story and am now enjoying the incredible experience of simply exploring this massive open world made up of forests, lakes and rivers, open plains, underground caverns, towering skyscrapers and ruined industrial plants.
I also find myself just loading up the game, setting the fully customisable lighting, weather, environmental conditions to the mood I am in, and simply walking or flying across incredible landscape and relaxing in the atmosphere.
How has this game never been given an award on the App Store? It deserves to be up there competing head to head with the big-hitters on the front page!

It’s really challenging and sometimes I wonder how I am going to finish all of this. Then I hear a review like this and it really lets me know that people enjoy the worlds I’m creating, and sharing these worlds is one of the big factors that motivates me to do it. It’s personal, not business, and I’m so glad to hear words of encouragement from people like you. The game has not had a lot of recognition but it feels good to make and share something from my heart, and I’m glad you liked the mood. I can’t really compete with AAA game companies, so I focus on atmosphere and making this feel like an impressionist painting - all mood and dust and rough edges and light 🙂
Simply beautiful
I’ve so many games on my phone and nothing compares to vandgel’s and BrightRidge, they truly are wonderful. Love how you can change absolutely anything in the settings and although the story on vandgel’s was fairly short it’s not so bad because you can explore till your hearts content and there are also 10 dungeons to find. I’ve not finished BrightRidge yet as it’s a little harder which is cool as it’s a challenge, this is something I could play over and over again, everything about it is just beautiful. Well worth the money.
