EXI is the personalised physical activity solution designed on medical guidelines to provide you with a safe and heart rate intensity based prescription. Graduate through your own journey with physical activity that adapts to you.
EXI is designed for people who want to become more active. The prescription is safely designed to adjust for many long-term health conditions, including cardiovascular disease, Type 2 Diabetes, anxiety, and Cancer. We use the health information you enter when setting up your account to build the personalised physical activity prescription that is the safest for you and your goals.
EXI is a CE (European Conformity) and UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marked Class 1 medical device.

• Personalised to you for the number of minutes, number of days and the safest heart rate zone designed for you.
• Guided activities to complete at home.
• Get active safely with a connected health device such as an Apple Watch.
• See your progress as you achieve health improvements in your resting heart rate, walking distance, blood pressure, blood glucose, weight and much more.
• Celebrate your success with weekly bronze, silver and gold badges.
Research shows even the smallest amount of physical activity, set at the right intensity, can make a huge difference to our health. Intensity is key to enabling you to be active safely while achieving health improvements.
EXI requires consent to the Health App to accurately extract and log your activity habits and health information.
EXI does not substitute advice from an appropriately trained medical professional. No responsibility is assumed by EXI for persons who undertake physical activity under their prescription.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS
EXI offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
£29.99 per month
£300 per year (that's the equivalent of £25 a month)
These prices are for United Kingdom customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renew. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

It could be so much more
The app synchs with the Iwatch so that some metrics are recorded automatically which is great It’s also useful to see your readings over time
I’ve been using the app for at least 6months and was hoping that after a period of time it would increase my target steps or exercise minutes but it hasn’t I was already pretty active before using it so am disappointed that I am not offered any challenge for improvement
Recently the app has been updated to collect data on blood glucose levels but unless diabetic most people wouldn’t have the tools to capture this
I find the graphs are not intuitive or easy to understand

Really helpful app & helped me to keep going and walking with a 17 kg weight loss. I do not use the apps to the fullest but they look good and structured
