Good Way To Bank
It’s a good way to bank. However, any time I try to use the saving tool it always pops up with saving feature disabled. Overall, i recommend young people to use this as well as olders.
Disgraceful
I am moving bank from this disgraceful company that rob people of there money I was made pay £15 for a same day transfer that wasn’t received until next day I asked for a refund of this and was told they couldn’t because I should of got a message on my app at time of doing this advising at me that payment wouldn’t be received until next day as they don’t do chap payments over a weekend but I didn’t receive any message at time of doing transfer I also contacted them about noticing transactions on my statement and things set up (example Netflix and iTunes )on my account that I didn’t do and asked them to look into it and possibly refund as it went back over months for this transactions and they didn’t refund me emailed me and told me go to police yeah best option I agree but what about the money I’ve lost over the months as no one checks statements everyday to notice and assume your money is safe and secure in an account I thought all banks had insurance for this situations of fraud etc so totally will be changing bank accounts and will be raising the issue of this wherever I can and to who I can to resolve this matter
Envelopes Missing - do not upgrade !
Have been unable to locate the envelopes feature since the upgrade. This is extremely inconvenient as most of my money are distributed across my envelopes so I have no access to my money in the app. Customer service cannot give time frame for when this will be fixed.
On the online version, if you log in too many times in a day, you’re prompted to prove you aren’t a robot then it takes you back to log in screen and you end up stuck in this loop. Customer service suggests clearing cache and cookies to get round this but still doesn’t work.
So I’m officially unable to access my own money until these issues are resolved
