Pay your bill with a simple to use free app. Simply download, enter your payment card details together with the 19-digit payment reference number (provided by the organisation you wish to pay) and you are ready to make a payment.

- Enabled use of inbuilt device biometrics as authentication
- Disabled PIN Login and added login flow to existing users with PINs setup to ask them to choose between biometric login or username and password login
- Updated user creation password requirements from 10 characters to a minimum of 12 characters
- Added prompt to change password if validated user password does not meet minimum password criteria.

Time to keep up

Having to manually log in with full email and password EVERY time I access the app is becoming a pain.
Touch ID, app PIN or at lease ‘remember details’ at log-in would be more practical. If that Is good enough for online banking with access to funds, I’m sure it’s secure enough to merely pay bills.
Update...
A reply from the developer asked me to delete and reinstall the app to set up a PIN for login. I did not reinstall the app but recently opened it. I have now set up a PIN for login but will stress that the option to add a PIN was NOT available at the time the revamped app was released when I wrote the above review.
It is, however, now.

Will not let me make a payment

I’ve always had a rough experience every month when trying to make a payment. I’ve tried at least 5 times today to try and make a payment with using my banking app to verify and a card reader and every time I get a message saying “ERROR OCCURRED. FAILED TO VERIFY PAYMENT CARD DETAILS. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CARD PROVIDER FOR PAYMENT STATUS”. There isn’t an issue with my card / bank and transactions for my card have been going through before and after I’ve tried to use the app to make a payment. This is getting out of hand. Apparently checking other reviews, this is an on going issue for months now and it seems they aren’t doing anything to fix it. Unacceptable

Recent changes to the app

I have been a loyal user of your app for numerous years, and while it has provided excellent service in the past, I am currently facing a persistent issue with the payment processing functionality. Whenever I attempt to make a payment, I encounter an error message stating, 'Failed to verify payment card details, please contact your card provider,' despite confirming that there are no issues with my card.
This inconvenience forces me to repeatedly attempt the payment, sometimes up to 20 times, before it eventually succeeds. I would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate and resolve this matter promptly, as it significantly impacts the user experience.
