Quick and easy

I don’t write many reviews and if I do it tends to be after extended use.
After having to use photoshop etc. to resize images for printing a without having this or similar apps on my iPhone, the whole process seems way too complicated and time consuming. Coupled with the fact I have to switch between my phone and a laptop ( where I do have a greater range of software) to do this. Similarly I use lots of photos for reference in my work and need to frequently resize.

This App ( Resize Image) which I’ve now been using for over a year, has been brilliant and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a quick way of resizing images.
Great App and it does what it says on the box.

BRILLIANT, seriously!

I’ve been trying to reduce the size of an image I wanted as an avatar on a forum I use for about 2 years, but because the forum had a pixel limitation for images, no matter what I tried I couldn’t resize the image to the limitations prescribed by the forum. I’d virtually given up and then found “Image Size”. Well ... what can I say? It is BRILLIANT and solved in 2 minutes what I’d been trying to do for 2 years. But better than that, it didn’t affect the resolution, it just beautifully shrank my chosen image exactly as I wanted, by specifying the height and width in the App. PERFECTION!! Thank you so much.

Did not work for me

I was not offered a price to buy the ad-free version until I had downloaded the app. I changed the size of an image as an experiment before paying for it. I made the image larger, the app assured me it was 3000 pixels across (up from 640), but, having saved it and sat through the noisy ad to do so, I found that the original image was unchanged and have been unable to find where the app saved the enlarged image as it is not in files or photos on my tablet and I did not share it anywhere else. I suspect that I have not understood the app correctly and have uninstalled it. I have given two stars rather than one as it is clear that I had not understood the app properly. I would give more stars but it is rude to spring adverts and requests for money on you without warning you in the information in the App Store. I have checked this information carefully and can find no price nor any mention of advertisements.

Thank you for your feedback. The app saves a new image and does not overwrite the source image. Please make sure you have looked at the metadata from the new image.
