１年前ほどから、アプリで残高表示すらされなくなった。当然、入出金もムリ。
　当時はPCのブラウザで操作ができ、保管メインだったこともあり放置していたところ、最近はブラウザですらIPアドレスエラーと出て、アプリと同じ状態になった。
　サポートに英文でメールしたら、ブラウザのシークレットモードを推奨とのこと、やってみたが状況変わらず、時間をおいてリトライしたらなんとか送金だけできたので、保管してたコインを全て出金して事なきを得た（ギリギリセーフ…）。
　その後にまたPCからログインしたら、入出金もエラー表示…
　以上はアプリ上ではないですが、老舗ながらダメダメなシステム、新規はもちろんのこと、以前からユーザーの方も注意してください。

追記　サポートへのメールは１週間経ってようやく返信あったが、サポート番号で管理してるだの、あなたのアカウントの改善に取り組んでるだのただのコピペ
こっちのメール読んでないでしょ

パスワード紛失リスクはどこも同じなので、いい加減なアプリよりも、自己責任でレッジャーとかのハードウェア保管がマッチベターかな。

正直、このアプリでパスワード紛失したら、それこそ100%終了間違いなし
