メールがよく消える
消去ボタンを押していないのに勝手にメールがよく消えます。
・チケットの当選メールを当日まで残していることが多いのですが、金額や日時を確認しようとメールを開くといつの間にか消えていることがあります。
・大切なメールを別のフォルダに移動しようと、フォルダ移動の操作をすると、フォルダ移動後のフォルダにメールがなく、どこを探しても見つかりません。
・メール自体は残っていますが、本文が真っ白で表示されないことがあります。
当選メール程度であればサイトで確認すれば必要事項が分かるので問題ありませんが、メールが入場券になっている時には本当に困ります。
早く何とかして欲しいです。
他にも、メールが送信されるのが遅く、メール送付後すぐにアプリを終了すると、送付されているのかされていないのか、履歴にも下書きにも書いたメールが残りません。(いつもメール送信完了が表示されるまで待ちますが、それでもかなり送信完了まで遅いですよね。)
他にも色々ありますが、他の方が仰っているのと、キリがないので割愛致します。
ソフトバンクやアイクラウドのメアドの受信先、他にいいアプリありませんかね？？？？
ダウンロードが終わらない
以前からキャリアメールの送受信に時折難があったが、ここひと月ほどは悪化しており、ほとんどまともに届かない、送れない。アップデートが「昨日」となっていることもあり、延々とダウンロード中になる、またダウンロードさえしないことも多くある。最近はキャリアメール以外のアカウントメールでも受信の遅延や、既読メールを削除しても復活している、などの現象が頻発している。
やむを得ずウェブ版でたびたび確認しているが、こちらでは即時の送受信ができており、Apple標準アプリの問題と思われる。
なお、キャリアとAppleともに、サポートへも相談して、アカウントの削除＆再設定、端末の初期化やアプリの再ダウンロードなど、様々に試しているが、原因を突き止められず、まったく改善されない。Appleのエキスパートからは、他に入れているアプリとの相性があるかも、と言われ、バックアップデータからでなく、初期化→新規に各アプリをダウンロードしてみても、状況は変わらなかった。そもそも、どのアプリとの相性が悪いのか、突き止めることは困難である。
ちなみに、他のメールアプリを使ってみたが、完璧ではないものの、標準アプリよりは動作が安定していた。
ただし、表示や使い勝手が標準アプリの方が好みであるため、なんとか改善されるよう対応願いたい。
このところキャリアメールが表示されない事例が出始めた
今まで特に不便もなく使って来たが、ここ2〜3週間くらい届いているはずのメールが表示されないのがポツポツ出てきた。
入金に関するメールが来てなかったのでおかしいなと思って普段チェックしていないブラウザ版のドコモメールを確認したらこのアプリには表示されないけど、メールが届いていることが判った。それ以降注視していると何件か表示されないメールが出てきている。
少し前に知り合いとのメールが途絶え、どうしたのかな？とヤキモキしていたが、暫くして判ったが知人曰くこちらからの返信が無かったとのこと。多分知人から送られたメールがこのアプリに表示されず私が無視した格好になっていた可能性が高い。多分結構前からこういう事があったのかも知れない。困ったものだ。
