削除できない

いいんですが、ファイルを保存する時にエラーになったんですが、ファイルが保存されました。
が削除しようとしても削除できません。「〇〇削除できません、再接続してください」と出たので再接続してもう一回削除しようとしても全く削除できず、パソコンで削除しようとしてもできませんでした。
ファイル自体開けないのでないのかなと思うのですが、削除方法はないですか？

Regarding your problem, we suggest that you format JetDrive Go and try again.

Note：Formatting will delete all files inside JetDrive Go.

It is recommended that you back up the internal data before formatting

突然メールが送られてきた

月次獲得ポイントと利用履歴のご案内というメールが送られてきたのですが、たまに使用するくらいでポイントがつくような何かをした心当たりもなく、添付されているファイルも開けず内容が全く分からないです。
不審なメールかと疑いますし、けっきょくどんな内容か不安です。
利用者全員に送られているのでしょうか？
サポートに問い合わせるにも英語なのでどうすればいいのか分からないままです。

急に認識しなくなりました

昨晩まで快適に使用していたのですが、iPhone and iPadでもパソコン（Windows、Mac両方）でも認識しなくなりました…
大切なデータが入っていたのでいろいろ試しましたが解決してません。これまでUSBメモリが壊れたことがなかったので非常にショックです。データ自体は壊れていないと思うので、解決方法ありませんか？

ちなみにJetDrive toolboxを試すも、そもそも認識できないので、
お手上げでした。
