掲載店舗を守ってくれる唯一の会社
嫌な思いをした方がいるみたいですけど、ジャンルは違うけど同じお店をやる側として嫌なクチコミを書く方が理解できません。
Googleのクチコミでラーメン食べたひとがめちゃくちゃな事を書いて泣いてる店主を知ってるからなおのこと。
いい口コミをみて来店してるので私は今のところ問題ありません。
嫌な思いしたら二度と行かないけど、悪口を撒き散らしたりされる方がまともなお客様なのかどうかがそもそも疑問。
お世話になってるサロンが審査してくれるから安心だと言っていたが、それでいいと思う。サロンの人の生活を守ってる。
頑張って欲しい。

問題のある店舗が掲載される
基本的には非常に満足！
ですが、タイトルのとおりです。例えばタグ検索で「#トナカイ」「#クリスマス」と入力した場合、とある店舗が12月に掲載したネイル全てにそのタグを付けているため、鬼滅の刃ネイルすらも“関連度高い“として表示されます。
この件を問題報告しようとしても、ネイル写真投稿画面からだとアプリが落ちる仕様です（2020.12.10現在）
該当する店舗をブロックしたいのですが、それも出来ない為、延々と検索したい画像に辿り着けません。物凄くイライラします。

お客様側からもサロン側からも使い難い
アプリ内でサロン管理ができないのは仕方ないとして、何より仕様の色がダサい上に見難い。何でもかんでもピンクや青にすれば良いって物ではないのです。
ネイリストはこう言う色が好きだろう的なデザイナーのセンスですよねこれは。
夜のお店のチラシ作ってるようなセンス。最悪。
お客様側からの意見もメニュー選択しないと空き状況が見れないから不便と言われてしまい、予約システムとしても機能しないです。
ネイルブック自体の集客力はほぼないですし、HPBから移行予定でしたが、サロンボードの予約システムのプランだけ残した方が余程集客力もあり使いやすいと思います。
あと、サポートの馴れ馴れしい感じもすごく苦手でした。
仕事のやり取りで絵文字を使うなんてあり得ないです。
