【Unsuspend your account】アカウントの一時停止を解除する
My account was unexpectedly suspended. I'd like to complain about this.
I will not use it in violation of the Terms of Use. Therefore please enable my account.
4月22の夜にインスタグラムを開いたところ、アカウントにログイン出来なくなり停止されてしまいました...。
アプリを一旦落とし、もう一度ログインしようとしたら、「利用規約への違反があったためアカウントが停止されました。
アカウントを再開できる可能性もありますので、アカウント再開に関する詳細をご確認ください.....」と来ました。
そして4月22日に"異議申し立て"というものを行い、送られてきたメールに、コード、氏名、ユーザーネームを綺麗な白紙に書いたものを自分の顔全体を写しそれを送ってください。
という指示があり、その通りにしましたが未だに返事が来ずまだログイン出来ない状態です。ネットで調べたところ、アカウントが停止されてから14日以内に異議申し立てを行わないと停止されたアカウントはそのまま使えなくなるというのを聞きました
1つ目は自分はinstaチェックーというアプリを使用してました。ネットで調べると、アカウントが停止されたほとんどの人がこれ系統のアプリを使用していたそうです。
2つ目は複数アカウントを所持しているのが原因と聞き、自分は2つ使用していたため、それでアクションが多過ぎて停止になったのかなというのもあります。。。
私は規約に違反した使い方はしていないですし、ルールも守って使ってました。そして今後も守って利用します。
自分のスポーツの成長の記録や動画が全て詰まってて、本当に人生を影けた宝なのでどうか復旧出来るよう...対応を本当お願いします。

I always enjoy using Instagram.I am writing to ask you to cancel my account because it has been suspended.I have no idea that I violated the Instagram rules myself, and I am in a very uneasy situation.
I am enjoying using Instagram and would like to continue using it in the future, so I would like to ask you to cancel the cancellation of the account suspension. I'm doing entertainment activities and many fans are waiting for me.

Instagramはもう10年以上前から楽しく利用させていただいていています！
年明けに私のなりすましアカウントが出てきて、本物の私のアカウントが停止されてしまいました。なりすましアカウントは今も存在していて、私と私の子供の写真を使っていてもはや犯罪…とても気持ちが悪いです。
親族が警察なので一度相談してみようとは思っています。
なりすましアカウントは変な日本語のメッセージを友人たちに送っているようで、個人情報を聞き出そうとする内容のようです。
私のアカウントは5000件以上の投稿がありましたし、フォロワーさんも何千人もいました。一方なりすましアカウントは投稿ゼロで、怪しい動きしかしていないと思うのですがなぜそんな状態でこちらが凍結されるのか納得がいきません。投稿していたものも、子供達との思い出や企業様に以来された投稿もありましたし、やりとりの途中のメッセージもたくさんあったのでとても困っています。
手順に従い写真を添付して異議申し立てをさせていただきましたが、その後連絡がありません。いつまで私と子供の写真が無断で使われるのか心配でたまりませんし、それで何人もの人に迷惑をかけると思うと悔しくて精神的にきつくて眠れません。
また、何度か異議申し立てをさせていただきましたが、添付した免許証の写真など個人情報の取り扱いはどうなっていますか？きちんと対処していただけてなく、そちらも不安です。
どうか一日も早くなりすましアカウントを削除していただきたいです。また、私のアカウントの凍結解除も心から願っています。
