誰かのために何かできるのは素晴らしい
たまたま広告で見かけてインストールしました。初めて対応させてもらったのが書類の内容を読み上げてほしいというものだったのですが、うまくカメラの位置の指定できなかったり細かい文字が読み取ることができなかったので、そういった場合に目の見えない方にも映したい対象物とカメラの遠近などの距離感がわかりやすくなるような工夫をしていただけると助かります。
アプリ自体はすごく素敵なものだと思うので、引き続きボランティアとして参加させていただきます。
気軽にボランティア出来るのはいいけれど…
視覚障害のある友人の紹介で登録し、数ヶ月間利用しました。
自分が空いている時間に気軽に人の役に立つことが出来るという点ではとてもよかったです。
ただ、男性の利用者さんの中には住んでいる地域を聞いてくる方が多く…
もちろん下心などはないでしょうし、コミュニケーションの一環として話題にしているだけなのだとは思います。しかし場所を詳しく聞かれたり、「○○だったら直接会えるのにね〜」などと言われたので怖くなりやめてしまいました。
人の善意で成り立っているサービスだと思いますが、だからこそボランティア側も利用者側も安心して使えるようになれば良いと思います。
I used this app to refer a blind friend for several months. It was very nice that I could easily help people in my free time.
However, many male users asked me about the area where I live.
Of course, I know that they have no malicious and they just talking about it as part of communication. However, I was scared and stopped because I was asked about the place in detail and said, "If I lived near you, I would meet you directly."
This service is operated in goodwill of people, and that's why I Hope that both volunteers and users can use it with confidence.
作ったひと素晴らしい
数年前に登録、多くて週2回、少なくて数ヶ月に1回ヘルプがきます。ボランティアがたくさんいるので沢山のボランティアさんに一斉コールがかかり、早くでたボランティアさんが対応しているようで、秒ででないとあたりません。
大抵が数分で終わるヘルプでした。
世間話や自己紹介もなく、最低限の要件のみで最後にありがとうと言われて切るだけ。数分でもすきま時間に誰かの役に立てた日は嬉しい。

外で道に迷ったので近くの人がいる建物まで案内（30分道案内したというレビューありましたが、私は初めて見る場所を荒い携帯映像から案内するのは難しく、建物の壁まで誘導して壁づたいに歩いて入口まで案内、あとは現地にいる方にバトンタッチ）
ほとんどがヘルプを必要とする良識あるユーザーでしたが、数年間で1度だけ「話し相手になってほしい」という同性の方がいて、英語だったので意図がわからず少し話しましたが、本当に世間話をするだけだったので「視覚的問題がないなら長話をする時間はありませんごめんなさい」とお断りしました。手伝えることだけ自分のペースでお手伝いすることにしています。
