人間の体は70%の水分で占められています。水、コーヒーなど適度な量を摂取すれば問題はないわけです。その管理方法として一理あるなと思いました。2chは信用しないですが、水を毎日2ℓ取った女性が美人になった話から自分も同じようにしたら顔がスッキリしたのでちょうどこういうアプリ探してました！
追伸 別にこのアプリ落ちないですね。ただ使い方が分からない人には落ちるとしか発言出来ないのかなと思いました。
記録が当日半ばで消滅する
