使いやすくていい感じ
Rep数が同じならset数で纏めて記録、セットごとにrep数が変わった時はset, rep両打ちで対応でき、ささっと記録できるのは使いやすいです。
唯一不満があるのが、筋トレの時間記録で、時間と分しかなく、秒に対応していないので、ホールド系のトレーニングの時間記録が1分単位でしか書けず、実時間が記録に残らないのが残念。
細かいコメントはあっても、無料であることも考えると良アプリです。

かなり使いやすい
ただ、体重の記録や重量の記録のグラフ画面がこまめに入力していくと数字が重なってしまい、読み取りが全てできなくなるので、早めに修正してほしいです。
その分が星一つです。
これでPFCバランスまで記録できたら完璧だけど、そうすると多機能になって逆に使いにくいという声も上がってしまうのかな？？
ユーザビリティ上げられるならそれも考えてもらえると嬉しいです。
少しくらいなら有料でもいいので。
