돈은 다른 어플로 많이 버시잖아요, 그런데 카카오를 지금 이 자리에 있게 해준 근본 카카오톡에까지 광고가 들어와야할까요?? 누가 해주신 말씀대로, 카카오톡 그렇게 가난하지 않잖아요? 광고 과감하게 없애고 일반 시민들의 근본 메신저로 돌아와주세요. /////// 그리고 카카오톡 업데이트 제안사항입니다. 1. 채팅창 그룹화: 난잡하고 어지러운 채팅창들을 업무, 가족, 친구 등으로 그룹화 할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 2. 친구목록 난잡하게 만드는 펑, 친구의 발견 등 없애서 직관적으로 볼 수 있게 하면 좋겠습니다. 3. 카카오톡이 메신저인지 쇼핑센터인지 모르게 만드는 더러운 ‘쇼핑’란을 ‘더보기’란 안에 집어넣었으면 좋겠습니다. ------> 정리하면, 메신저라는 본질에 충실하고 유저들에게 더 직관적으로 다가왔으면 좋겠습니자. 읽어주셔서 감사합니다.
광고만 받을 생각만 하지마시고
뭐 카톡으로 인해서 도움 되는것들이 훨씬 더 많아진게 사실이라고는 생각합니다. 옛날 버디버디나 세이클럽 처럼 자신의 프로필을 직접 설정하고 꾸밀 수 있으니까요. 그렇지만 사용자들에 대한 고민을 카카오 톡 운영진 자체가 멈추게 된건 프로필을 누군가에겐 다르게 보여줄 수 있는 그 기능을 만들어준 것에서 아예 멈춘것 같습니다. 사진이나 동영상까지 핸드폰 바꿀 때 저장 안되서 그걸 전부 옮기려면 톡 서랍 까지이용해야 하는것 까진 그렇다 칠께요. 뭐 돈 버는 방식이야 카카톡 자유니 제가 말할 건 아닌거 같은데요. 카카오톡 이 아니고 네이버나 다른 채널을 통해서 회사 단톡방을 만드는 경우도 많습니다. 카카오가 일반 친구들의 채팅방 회사 사람들 가족 채팅방을 아예 카테고리처럼 눌렀을 때 볼 수 있는 걸로 구분을 해주셨으면 합니다. 그래서 카카톡을 누르면 제 개인 친구들이나 가족들과의 채팅방을 가장 먼저 볼 수 있게요 톡 숨기기 기능도 없고 주말마다 회사단톡방에 카카오톡이 올라오면 실수로 누를때가 있습니다. 주말에 쉴 땐 들여다 보는 것 조차 싫은데요. 물론 그건 제가 회사 나오면 해결 되겠죠 하지만 친구 목록에서 친구를 숨길 수 있는 것처럼 좀 자주 안 보고 싶은 대화방에 대해서 숨김을했다가 해제를 했다가 할 수 있는 기능이 있으면 어떨까 싶습니다. 사람마다 다르겠지만, 톡에는 무조건 나가기 기능만 있더라고요 하지만 숨김 기능을 통해서 카톡 대화방을 나가지 않고도 나중에 모든 메세지를 확인할 수 있도록 일시적인 숨김과 해제 기능을 만들어 주셨으면 합니다.
알림 오류
알림이 하나도 안 와요
카카오톡 앱 내 설정, 아이폰 설정앱 모두 알림 다 제대로 켜져있는데도 안 뜹니다
배너만 안 뜨는 정도면 어느 정도는 그러려니 하겠는데 앱 아이콘 옆에 숫자까지 아예 안 떠서 앱 접속하기 전까지는 메시지가 왔는지 어쨌는지 알지도 못해요
제가 하루 종일 메시지가 왔는지 카톡 앱만 들락날락해야 하나요?
리뷰 보니까 저만 이런 게 아닌 것 같은데 업데이트 좀 빨리 해주시기 바랍니다...
