웰컴 굿바이 기능 개선이 필요
웰컴 굿바이 기능이 안되요.
일단 안되는 것도 문제지만, 스펙상의 반경도 너무넓어요.
전 사무실에 벗어나면 자동으로 굿바이 되게 할 목적으로 산간데.. 스펙이 500m라는건 제 목적과 너무 안맞아요. 고객마다 반경을 커스터마이징 하게 해주면 좋을거 같습니다.
전원을 켜고 끄는 기본적인 기능은 잘 되어서 만족합니다.

웰컴/굿바이 기능의 경우 아무래도 휴대폰 GPS로 수신하여 작동하는 기능이다보니, 여러가지 환경에 따라 민감도가 다를 수 있습니다. wifi를 사용하지 않으시더라도 wifi를 켜두시면 정확도를 좀 더 높일 수 있습니다.
고객님 의견 개발팀에 전달해 기능 개선할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.
브런트 용량이 큰 제품을 출시해 주세요
세컨드하우스 보일러에 사용중입니다. 사용중 빈번한 에러발생으로 다소 불편함을 느끼고 있습니다. 브런트콘센트 용량이 2kw 밖에 안되어 보일러를 3-4시간 정도만 가동해도 에러가 납니다. 그러면, 보일러에 연결된 브런트콘센트 셋팅하러 장거리를 이동해야 하는 불편함이 생기더라구요. 그래서 용량을 키운 제품을 사용하면 에러 발생없이 편하게 쓸수 있지 않으까요?
신세계
난방기구에 타이머가 없어 구매하게 되었는데 신세계를 맛보는 중입니다. 집에 혼자 있을 반려견을 생각하며 외부에서 때때로 틀어주고, 밤에 잘때 너무 더운데 타이머 예약을 통해 20분마다 자동으로 온오프됩니다. 앱 UI도 너무 편합니다.
