Please use negative symbol for excess payment
Hi SEB Cares developer. Please use negative symbols for excess payment. It’s confusing when I press on tab “Account” and saw my bills showing for example RM74, but when I open the “Details” it says “Excess Payment”. So this is a bit confusing. The newly updated apps looks great anyway! Nicely done. Thanks

Honest review
This apps work perfectly fine before but earlier this year, i suddenly had trouble login. Thinking that it might be some sort of connection problem so i ignored. Now as i try to use it again, i lost all of my infos (which was previously perfectly registered and potrayed in it). Having faith that it was a very helpful apps previously, i try to add bill, but failed. The apps lagg and i can't continue. I try to edit my info, still failed. I logout, and log back in, failed. I reset my password. They did sent the reset pwd through sms. Try log back in using the reset password, still failed. Pls update on how i can use the apps back. Maybe it's your apps update or idk. Thank you.
Billing report page abnormal
I tried making report on the billing report page as my bill registration into this SEB Cares fail with error message, "contract account name and contract account does not exist".
The problem with the bill report page is, the contract account number is not enabled. So, after completing all the required info into this form, the report submission fails and the row for contract account number is highlighted in red font. Please fix that 'contract account number' row. Do enable it please. Otherwise the report submission function is useless. Calling up the toll free number is not much of a help as it is most of the time quite busy. So it should be worth trying this new reporting channel. Hopefully it will get fixed.
