Unable to update birthdate
Not able to update birth date, I couldn’t see the year 19xx from the list..it only shows 2020 & above. When I update the birthdate from web browser it doesn’t reflect in the mobile apps.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. We are always striving to upgrade our mobile app and there will be a new update to target on these issues. As a temporary measure, kindly change "dark mode" to "light mode" to update your birthdate. There was one time when I just updated the app, I couldn’t login the app even though I am a membership of TBS. I was then sent an email to their team to tell this problem, but still my issue was not get fixed. Lastly, I went to the physical store to tell about this. The TBS lady told me that I have to register as a new membership. But what about my old account? Am I going to lose my point? Then she said “No you don’t. Once you are registered as a new member, there would be a link to redirect to existing member.” I was so relieved after that. YES! It did work out! Now I’ve got my previous point on the old membership. Nice job TBS team 👍🏼👍🏼

While the website was having problem to view all products, Ur sales person from Ampang Point outlet - Emma guided me to purchase items I wanted though the app and arrange all delivery during this MCO when we suppose to stay at home!! Thank you for your time and super fast service Emma!!! Highly appreciate it!!! ❤️❤️❤️
