Forced Notifications are Annoying

I agree that this app is great because it’s quick and convenient for checking my balance.

HOWEVER,...

I have a reason for turning off app notifications and it’s annoying that this app forces me to turn it back on when all I want is to just check my statement. If there are any important announcements, it shouldn’t be done via app notification. Too many app notifications nowadays just use this to market products, announce promos - these are not important information and I don’t like it cluttering up my phone notifications.

One Flaw

Overall good app. However, when you’ve logged out, it brings you back to the login page immediately and start the whole login page again. You need to turn your face away so the Face ID doesn’t catch it the next round.

Developer should’ve used a different page after logging out like “you’ve successfully log out, would you any to visit our homepage or login again?” rather than landing you directly to the login page again.

Now sure how this could’ve been missed.

Always offline

I always use the application to check my savings and others. I always stumbled upon the message “no internet connection” even though my internet is in perfect connection. Please find ways and resolve this for further convenience of your customers. Thanks
