This app was working very good at first when I used it. Quite many times I booked an online appointment for my car to service. It’s easier for me because I no need to hassle call to book appointments anymore. I also will get notifications abt service time etc. But started last year this app getting slow and now couldn’t book any online service appointment anymore. This is so disappointing bcos I already experienced the best part of using this app. Please take it seriously to repair any problems within this apps 🙏🏻

Dont know why this apps got very low rating. First time i used is a breeze. Easy interface. I booked my appointment flawlessly. Dont have to wait at service centre, i got several notification within the apps that tells about in the process of servicing and after it already done and can pick up the car. Just this apps a little bit slow.
App does not allow to book car service
When you request to book for servicing the - after you choose the day for your appointment and go to the next section - time slots are empty and you can’t pick anything. Without the time slot the app won’t allow you to click next and presumably complete the booking request.
Tried to find help within the app but there is no contact information or section to provide feedback or ask for help.
