JaGaApp 4+

Always thought it was just an app to register my visitors, but after my bathroom lights had issues and my contractor took too long to respond to me, i thought I’d give this app’s services a try. Was actually surprised when someone from the jaga team called instead and she actually booked a guy for me that arrived in the next day. Honestly a very hassle-free experience.

Would love to see more things from you guys. Taking a star away because there are some features i cant use (no idea why). Other than that, kudos to the dev team for this beautiful product. i dont even bother looking at noticeboards in my block anymore too :)

JaGaApp has worked for me pretty well. Glad I receive up to date notices from the management without the need to visit the noticeboard in the lift or lobby. Also, able to pre-register my visitors and shorten the time needed for them to check-in at the guard house. Also, the MyServices feature is a gem cause I don’t need to waste time looking for a vendor. Just need to ring up the concierge and bam! I have a vendor arranged for me. Appreciate my management in bringing these guys in👍🏽

Very convenient! I don’t have to present myself to the noticeboard outside the Management Office anymore, as I can view all the notices posted in the app! Most important part for me is that I get to know the maintenance period of my swimming pool and I no longer need to get down to the swimming pool and have a look myself to check if it’s under maintenance.

Also I get to communicate with my management right from the app, able to attach photos for any issues I was having! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
