FIBARO System converts any home or apartment into a smart one, increasing both comfort and security. It was designed from scratch by Fibar Group’s engineers to enable intelligent building management. The System is based on the Z-Wave wireless standard and is able to control the majority of electrical devices and appliances in the home. Thanks to FIBARO a smart home can be controlled from anywhere in the world via user-friendly interfaces for devices such as laptops, smartphones and tablets. The System operates autonomously, based on information received from sensors and via GPS. The FIBARO System is installed on existing electrical system without a need to modify the building structure.

always problems
We have 5 Fibaro HomeKit wall plugs from you and are not satisfied with them. They keep dropping out which is very annoying as they have to be taken out to reactivate them.
It can't be the WiFi because here in the living room where 4 of these equipment are in the sockets, there is excellent reception everywhere. It seemed to go well with my new iPhone, but now after a week I have the same problem again.
What else could it be and how do I fix it?
Ugly / Apple Watch
Ugly interface and more important; very limited options on Apple watch. Only possible to use scenes.

Still problems
Watch support still doesn’t work.
Lately widgets won’t always show gives an error: loading not possible.
After a while things work again.

Thank you for your opinion. Have you tried to check the device authorization in your gateway settings? Please go to Configuration->Access Control and remove your mobile device from the Mobile devices list. Reinstall the app and add your device again. Regards, FIBARO Team.
