Description
EliteControl app allows users to monitor & control their home or business from almost anywhere.
Arm, stay-in arm, disarm, review history, view live sensor status & operate control functions such as garage doors & gates directly from your smartphone. EliteControl also allows users to monitor & control multiple sites from one app & supports multiple users on one site with no ongoing charges or subscriptions.
Sensor activations are sent directly to your smartphone as push notifications to quickly inform of an intruder. Push notifications can be utilized on their own, or in conjunction with a monitoring station for guard response. Notifications also include mains power failure/restore, battery failure/restore, panic, fire, medical & tamper alarms.
The EliteControl app can be utilized with the following control panels when fitted with our IP-MODULE or ESL-2 APP POD:

Unable to access from iPhone now
Hi there, could you please tell me how I can get access to our system from my iPhone. When I updated my phone it never transferred over and all details to the alarm were lost, and now we are unable to turn the alarm off before we enter our property.
We love our alarm and it’s so loud that our neighbours always check our property if the alarm is set off but unfortunately we can not access it while we are away.
We were also never given an instruction booklet by our electrician so unable to do this manually.

Cannot open App
For the last month I’ve been unable to use the App as it would open and then when I tried to arm or disarm it would close down. When trying to open again it wouldn’t open.
I since deleted and reinstalled the app with latest version and I can’t get past the MAC address and serial number entry page, it again closes down when pressing the enter button.
I currently have IOS Version 17.3.1

Finally an update
I was surprised when I saw there was an update to the app, and thought I must be seeing things.
The new interface is much cleaner, modern and actually scales resolution properly in iPhone X and up phones. The app is actually decent to use now, I wouldn’t bother reading reviews done prior to this as the old interface was truely horrible.
The only feature I’d like to see is the ability to either modify or disable the siren sound when the alarm has been armed, disarmed or triggered
