UNIQLO PH 4+

loving this brand ever since it opened its store here in ph. but then since im from the province and we dont have mall in my area the app is the easier access to buy new products from uniqlo. super convenient and easy to use. im particular with clothings specially on the fabric used. this app made me look on what fabric used on each item at thats a plus for me. so whether im only shopping online i can still view how the product are made of. and well all of uniqlo product are superb quality. been wanting to buy airsm too and those light weight parka jacket i saw at the mall yesterday ( 4hours drive..) but due to limited pocket money i didnt get it. i can still buy it using this app.

This whole update excludes us who does not have iOS 13. I tried deleting my old app and downloading it. I can access it for the time being but every time I close the app it's telling me to update again. So, I have to delete it and do the whole process over again. I just want to buy and process my orders. Anyway, might as well delete the whole thing. One customer would not matter anyway.

So I’ve been buying from the app for years and never had any complaints but this year, I don’t know what happened because whenever I try to order something from the app, I can’t select the “barangay”, in effect, I couldn’t make a purchase. This happens when I try to purchase through credit/debit card. The payment can only be processed if I choose COD. Who carries cash all the time these days? And what if I wasn’t at home when the delivery arrives? Should I burden my housemates with my purchase? This is very inconvenient, especially if I wanted to buy multiple items. Please resolve this issue ASAP. This happened to me the whole year and I have tried 5 different times already and it still hasn’t changed. It feels like I’m being forced to buy from other brands instead of UNIQLO.
