Unexpected
We booked for 3D2N. No bfast included kasi walang offer, pero na shock kami, kasi they dont provide your toothbrush and toothpaste, there's no drinking water too, no coffee or tea unlike the other hotels na same price nya. We chose it because we thought we will enjoy our stay here, you need to buy their kit - sleepers, toothbrush toothpaste at the front desk. No phone inside the room, there is only one phone near the elevator. Clean naman and approachable mga staffs. Kaso never again. 😞 but, thank you.
The rate offered is not the same upon our check in
I find it very confusing. I didn’t cancel my booking. The concierge told me that after 4pm, my booking is cancelled so previous rate is no longer available. It didn’t say when I was booking this room. So they gave us higher rate for our stay. This incident made us think twice on using this app on booking with you.
