> Do you have an account in the enel-med online system? You can also log in to the application with your login and password.
> Forgot your login or password? Relax. Follow the instructions on your phone. The whole process takes a few minutes only.
> Don't you have an online account yet? Now you can create a full account and confirm it with MojeID (MyID).
The app is available in 2 language versions: Polish and English.
When downloading and using the app, standard data charges may apply (according to your mobile operator’s price list). For the calls to the enel-med helpline made via the app, operator's rates shall apply.

Big improvement since my last review. Well done

However, one illogical issue. Users are not able to check the availability of an appointment if he/she has already booked an appointment. It makes us call or cancel this appointment to be able to see next availability of the specialist.
I would suggest the best approach is-
User books an appointment with a certain specialist. If the user would like to check any new schedule with the specialist, then should be able to view. And if the new availability is better and user would like to book that, then automatically there is a pop up window which says “you already have an appointment booked with the same specialist, to book the current selection will mean to cancel the older one. Please select continue or cancel”
IMO - this would be better and logical.

Poor and not recommended

My experience after a year with Enel Med:
-Even if you have the VIP services under this private insurance, it can take you up to 3 months to get an appointment with a consultant.
-Some doctors are labeled that they can speak English, but they actually don’t and it makes communication impossible if you can’t speak Polish.
- even blood test seems to be hard there, two incompetent nurses failed to withdraw blood for a requested blood sample, only pricked me with needles 8 times in my arms and hands and failed. They blamed it on me because I was fasting, which was required for the blood test, and simply said “not today”. I am glad it wasn’t an emergency or this patient would have died.
-Not only Cardiac MRI with contrast was paid although I pay for VIP package, staff were rude and impatient during the preparation for the test, language barrier made it hard to communicate, and in the end report mentioned that contrast was not sufficient so they didn’t even do a good job.

The developer must be a relative of the business owner…

The app works in essence and does its job.
Having experience with competitor apps (Luxmed) I know that the whole experience can be much smoother.
Another annoying thing - inability to switch languages inside the app.
Waiting lists (in a private medical care >!<) - you must be super quick to actually reserve when the notification pops up - managed to do it 1/30 times.
Overall 3 stars… cannot argue that it works cause it does, but the way it delivers leaves plenty of room for improvement to catch the competition.
