Description
Staff and customers can report failures directly to those responsible for maintenance, without telephone calls or paperwork exchanged between departments.
Infraspeak Direct is the user interface to report failures, such as hotel housekeeping teams or technical assistance clients.
The complete Infraspeak platform also includes the Infraspeak Direct web interface, the web application for facility managers and the mobile application for technicians.
With Infraspeak it is possible to manage preventive and corrective maintenance, audits and housekeeping. Also, you can speed up failures resolution, centralize information on equipment and buildings, and more, using innovative technologies such as NFC, APIs, and sensors.
