Gameplay overview
A passion project 10 years in the making, Ember is a homage to classic role-playing games. Ember features a deep branching story, endless exploration across dynamic and living environments, a robust skill tree, and an intricate crafting system. In Ember, players are resurrected as a “Lightbringer” and summoned to protect the dying Embers as the world is on the brink of collapse. Beginning in the Deep Barrows, players traverse vast environments divided between aboveground and underground realms – ranging from lush forests to dry deserts and dark abysses – to reach the City of Light. The story unfolds through encounters with strangers, and players are forced to decide their destiny by making pivotal decisions.

Игру скачал вчера, сегодня ее уже прошёл (около 7-8 игровых часов).
Сразу хочу сказать, что игра обречена на провал, и те кто пишут хвалебные отзывы, видимо не за 8 сотен ее купили, а юзанули промо-код.
Во первых, графика и геймплей. Как уже было сказано в обзорах и рецензиях, игра разрабатывалась около 10 лет, так что вы сами можете догадаться, что ждёт пользователя от разработчика без бюджета и опыта, и с таким подходом к делу. В общем и целом, если бы ценник был 5$, это было бы сносно. Но разрабы решили от жадности задавиться видимо, хотя сама игра даже до троечки не дотягивает. Однообразные битвы, диалоги; смысл игры - убил - поговорил с персонажем - побежал - убил- побежал - поговорил. Куча (ОГРОМНАЯ КУЧА) ненужных рецептов, которые, видимо , должны были влиять на игру, но!!!! За всю игру единственные рецепты, что я использовал на среднем уровне сложности это пожарить овощи/мясо/рыбу на огне, без соли, чтобы пополнять Здоровье после битвы. Ни одного крафта, ибо в крафте нет смысла - лут падает с боссов и лежит в сундуках в каждой локации.
Куча мелких никому не нужных деталей, мешающих игровому процессу как таковому. Весь наш мир, вся вселенная тянется к усложнению, но этот разработчик переплюнул самого Создателя. Куча книг. Которые зачем-то Нужно читать. Но квестовые предметы так или иначе будут в рюкзаке, зачем усложнять ещё и тонной ненужной информации? Зачем все это придумывать и тратить на это время ? Зачем!?!!? Зачем мне нужна веревка ценой 1 тугрик? Кнопки настолько маленькие и неудобные, что постоянно промахиваешься, совершаешься ошибки.
Не знаю, как я дотерпел и не удалил эту игру на середине. Видимо, сыграла жадность, и не позволила мне это сделать.
Сюжет - это вообще космос. Ты бегаешь как ишак по всему игровому миру и выполняешь квест, попутно завершая побочные (хотя какой смысл , ради лишней 10000 экспы тебе приходится как индейцу выполнять обезьянью работу по тыканью дисплея). Ничего нового, никакой идеи, смысла, цели!
Это самые бесцельно потраченные 800 рублей в моей жизни; лучше бы маме цветов купил.
Много чего хотелось сказать , но мозг пытается забыть все, от чего он ужасался последние сутки, так что советую вам самим скачать эту игру , если вы любите самоистязание, тупое времяпрепровождение и выкидывание денег на ветер.
Просто, черт возьми, супер!
Однозначный и бескомпромиссный шедевр. Лучшей ролевой игры на iOS я не видел (не считая портов старых ПК игр, но и с ними на уровне). Здесь есть всё: свобода перемещения, интересный сеттинг, сюжет, много диалогов, книг, оружия, доспехов, есть крафт, сопартийцы, тактическая пауза, достаточно необычная система восстановления здоровья и энергии. Я с огромным нетерпением всегда ждал, жду и буду ждать игры подобного плана на телефоны и покупать их в первых рядах, не жалея ни копейки на действительно потрясающие проекты.
