Работаю по Уберу 9 месяцев. Мой рейтинг водителя 4,9, 281 оценка в 5 звёзд, 37 комплиментов. Это я к тому, что мой отзыв более-менее объективный.
Убер - УГ.
Им не нужны нормальные водители на нормальных машинах. Им нужны приезжие на ушатанном хламе.
1. Все ответы от службы поддержки - отписки роботов.
2. Какой бы ни был повышающий коэффициент в Москве - тебя будет выкидывать в область. Если «не глядя» принимать заказы подряд, то уже 3-4 заказ будет за МКАДом, 5-6 - в 20-ти км от МКАДа. Проверил неоднократно.
3. Замкадные заказы - отдельный разговор: можно ехать 20 минут по буеракам, а пассажиру нужно в соседний двор за 69 рублей. Итог: 30-40 минут за 60 рублей, и ты где-нибудь, где даже связь не ловит. Один раз, заработав целых 120 рублей, я оказался в 40км от МКАДа. Обратно ехал пустым.
4. Ожидание не оплачивается. Один раз вышла девушка, которая искренне не понимала, что такого в том, чтобы подождать её минут 10-15. Как водится в таких случаях, ехали в соседний двор за 100 рублей. Такие пассажиры почему-то считают, что для водителя зарабатывать 100-150 рублей в час - это предел мечтаний. И ещё и облизывать их за эти мега-заработки нужно.
5. Не далее, как сегодня, ехал 9 минут на заказ. Подъехал, остановился во дворе, а клиент отменил заказ. Если у него карта не привязана, то мне болт, а не оплата бензина.
Есть ещё пара десятков более мелких недочетов, но лень всё писать. Думаю, и так понятно, что такое Убер...
